For 3 summer evenings in January, come to the mat while it’s still light and the day is cooling down. Leave your work behind and refresh yourself with a gentle 75 minute class aimed at releasing the stress of your working week;  moving lightly, let your body stretch and move; release areas that carry stress from sitting and working at a computer all week …such as the shoulders, upper back, lower back and hips. Open your chest and breathe the weekend in…. Then leave when it’s still light, refreshed and ready to enjoy your days off.
