This free 1 hour deep relaxation session is being offered by Kate Bell, a valued long-time student at our school. Kate’s been passionate about yoga since childhood and obtained a yoga teaching qualification in the late 1990s. She practices Iyengar yoga, qi gong and other eastern modalities, and has taught classes in gyms, schools, yoga schools over her 28 years of teaching experience. She now teaches individuals in their homes and large corporate events. This broad experience enriches Kate’s approach to finding deep relaxation on the yoga mat.
So, on the last day before we shut the doors for Christmas, come and let Kate guide you into deep relaxation, in our lovely studio. You are welcome to stay a while afterwards for a cup of tea.
