Suitable for students with some experience. These classes include a wide range of asanas including inversions such as headstand and shoulder stand, forward bends and twists, backbends and arm balances.
As this is an online class, students should ideally have props at home including a mat, a belt, some blocks, a bolster or blankets, and if possible a yoga chair.
You will be sent a Zoom link about 20-30 minutes before class start time.
