This 90 minute led practice is designed to help students embed backbends more systematically into their regular yoga practice.  The teacher will be on the mat doing each pose and calling instructions.  We will focus on mobilising the key areas of the body that enable backbending freedom ...the arms, shoulders, legs, pelvis and spine. 
Suitable for General level students and students who have been attending Foundation classes for 6 months.     Enrolment in the full 4 week series is recommended for maximum benefit.
