This is the online version of the regular slow and gentle studio class, available on Zoom.
Suitable for older students who want to work more slowly and gently, for those returning after an injury or illness, or for anyone wanting to work with foundational poses at a slower pace. Sequences are designed to improve issues associated with aging such as general mobility, joint flexibility, posture, and balance. There is strong emphasis on poses to open the chest, nourish and support the nervous system and generate a sense of overall well-being.  The class size is limited to enable attention to individual needs.

Modifications and props are provided to help students find stability, balance and space in each pose.   Students need to have their own props and  make modifications as best they can given the props they have.

 Pay for and book into the class. You will be sent a zoom link 30 minutes before class start time. 
This class may be paid for with a 5 or 10 class online class pass or a single online class pass. Students may also use their regular class passes on an online class, although this will involve paying more than you need to for the class.
