These dynamic classes work fluidly, at pace, through a range of asana including backbends, arm balances and inversions. At the end of each session, you’ll feel lighter, stronger, more alive and infinitely more spacious. These classes are designed to get you moving.  Some yoga experience is required. If you have injuries or constraints, they may be accommodated but please reach out to discuss before signing up.
