This 90 minute led practice is designed to help students embed backbends more systematically into their regular yoga practice. The teacher will be on the mat doing each pose and calling instructions. We will focus on mobilising the key areas of the body that enable backbending freedom ...the arms, shoulders, legs, pelvis and spine.
This class is part of a 6 week series, however casual attendance at individual classes is possible, You can use your class pass or purchase a single class pass.
Suitable for General level students and students who have been attending Foundation classes for 6 months.
