Iyengar yoga is for every body. You don't have to be flexible or experienced. You can have any level of yoga experience, some or none. Perhaps you are a sports person dealing with muscle stiffness and/or seeking to prevent sports related injuries; or a computer worker with tight shoulders; or a very soft-jointed person needing more stability and strength? Or perhaps you are feeling the stress of modern life and seeking greater emotional and mental stability. Or maybe you love to challenge yourself with something new.
Whatever your story, Iyengar yoga will be good for you. It builds flexibility, strength, stability, balance, mental clarity and a great sense of well being. And once you love it, you'll stick with it for life!
We invite you to bring your young body and youthful energy to one or all of these classes, and experience a style of yoga that meets you where you are at, and can sustain you for life! The classes are free! All you need to do is register for the class so we know you are coming.
