Immerse yourself in a quiet and spacious two hour restorative session based on BKS Iyengar’s Emotional Stability sequence. This sequence comprises supported poses that place the head below the heart, bringing fresh blood to the glands in the throat, nourishing the nervous system and creating space in the chest. It finishes with a generous segment dedicated to pranayama.
A good way to spend winter Sunday afternoons…get yourself some rest, go inwards and find the satisfaction of being quiet and fully present with yourself. 
For students with at least 1 year Iyengar experience including inversions or their modifications. If unsure ask your teacher.
