The 2025 Bowral retreat runs from Thursday 11 September to Sunday 14 September. It's an 

opportunity to tap into the rejuvenating energy of spring in the beautiful southern highlands.  With 2 yoga sessions each day, healthy home cooked food (mostly vegetarian) and only a short drive from Sydney, whats not to like!

    

The full cost is $1,230 per person for a single room, and $1,140 per person for a shared room. These prices (which include GST), cover:

3 nights accomodation

All meals for three days

Twice daily yoga sessions for three days

A non refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your space. This is due when you book.

Final payment is required 6 weeks before the retreat start date (ie by Thursday 31 July).

Once this final payment date has passed, cancellations will only be refunded if we can fill your space. We will make every effort to do this.
