This 6 week course teaches the foundational Iyengar yoga poses in a structured and systemmatic way. It is good for those new to Iyengar Yoga as well as students who want to revisit the fundamentals or returning after a break. Learn with a dedicated class and teacher for 6 weeks from Thursday 4 April to Thursday 9 May. Classes run 6.15-7.30pm each Thursday. After this 6 week course you can continue with another Foundation course, or jump in to any Level1/2 Foundation/General class.
NOTE: This course is offered at a discounted price compared with regular classes. Your enrolment is for the full 6 weeks. There are no refunds once the course has started. Participants can make up for one (1) only missed class during the 6 week period of the course. This make up is possible at any Level1/2 Foundation/General class on the timetable.
