This 5 week course teaches the foundational Iyengar yoga poses in a structured and systemmatic way. It is good for those new to Iyengar Yoga as well as students who want to revisit the fundamentals, or returning after a break. The course runs from Sunday 26 May to Sunday 23 June, 2-3.15pm each Sunday, with the exception of Sunday 16 June. Instead of a class on Sunday 16 June, students can attend one of the school's weekly Foundation/General classes (the choice of class lies with each student). This attendance is part of the Foundation Course and is included in the course price.
A minimum of 5 students is required for this course to go ahead.
