This class is part of a 6 week series focussing on restorative poses and simple pranayama (yogic breathing). Each class is taught by a different teacher at our school. Classes run Sunday 3.30-5pm between Sunday April 28 and Sunday June 2 (there is no class on Sunday May 19).
These classes may be attended by General level students and Foundation level students with at least 3 months experience.
It is possible to attend individual classes in this series. Go to the online timetable and enrol in the individual class of your choice. Purchase a single class pass, or use your class pass.
