This backbend led-practice series will run for 4 Fridays in September. Each session will run for 90 minutes.
Commitment to a weekly session is designed to help students embed backbends more systematically into their regular yoga practice. The teacher will be on the mat doing each pose and calling instructions. We will focus on mobilising the key areas of the body that enable backbending freedom ...the arms, shoulders, legs, pelvis and spine.
Suitable for General level students and students who have been attending Foundation classes for 6 months.
Enrolment in the full 4 week series is strongly recommended for maximum benefit. Series cost: $80
If casual attendance is all you can manage, use your regular class pass.
