This 75 minute class forms part of a 'Begin Yoga' Weekend. Over two 75 minute classes, one on Saturday and one on Sunday, you will be introduced to Iyengar Yoga. This is a great way for people totally new to yoga to get started. Also great for those with some yoga experience who want to learn about Iyengar Yoga. On completion of these two classes, students will be well placed to attend any of our Mixed level classes.
