This 75 minute class forms part of a 'Begin Yoga' Weekend. Over two 75 minute classes, one on Saturday and one on Sunday, beginners will be introduced to Iyengar Yoga. This is a great way for people totally new to Iyengar Yoga to get started. On completion of these two classes, students will be well placed to attend any of our Mixed level classes.
