This intensive runs over 4 sessions between Friday 12 Sept and Sunday 14 September. 
Session Times are:
Friday: 6-7.30pm
Sat: 7.30-9.30am & 3.30-5.30pm
Sun: 9.00-11.00am

This intensive over 4 sessions will focus on building back core foundations of a rounded yoga practice
 - restorative, asana including inversions and pranayama (aka breath work). In Iyengar Yoga the practise of this combination
promotes balance of strength and suppleness. 
People can develop preferences in yoga. For instance some love backbends, others shy away from them.
But, there is a need to work in all facets of asana, for yoga to come into full bloom. Not by force, but by surrendering ourselves to untapped possibilities.
Then, bit by bit, more longevity can be established in the mind-body connection.
People attending these intensive include those who have practised for years and who want refresh and refine what’s already been instilled in them
and those who are relatively new to Iyengar Yoga and full of enthusiasm! When we get together as a group, we see and feel a collective energy
that is unique to the workings of an intensive and the inspiration this creates.
It is here that we play the edges of practice individually and collectively and spring is an ideal and wonderful time for this.
