This is a class for newcomers to yoga as well as those wanting to revisit foundational poses.
It is part of a structured 10 week course designed to introduce the full range of foundational Iyengar yoga asanas (standing poses, seated poses (twists and forward bends), backbends and inversions).
These classes can be attended by casual students as well as those enrolled in the course.
However, a minimum of 5 enrolled students is required for the course to go ahead.
